Refund Policy

The book is a digital download. We want you to feel the purchase was fair, so this policy is written to favour the reader.
If something goes wrong
If the download does not work, the file is unreadable, the book is not as described, or you were charged twice by accident, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full. This is the common case and we handle it quickly.
If you change your mind
If you are not satisfied, contact us within [REFUND_WINDOW, to be confirmed before launch] of purchase and we will work with you in good faith. Because the book is digital, starting a download can affect statutory cancellation rights for digital content in some places; your legal rights as a consumer still apply and the exact wording here will be confirmed before launch.
How to request a refund
Email hello@purposeoverpaper.com from the address you bought with, or include your order reference. You do not need to give a long explanation.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. The time to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
